There are several species of amphibious aliens. They come from various star systems. They have webbed fingers and toes. They tend to be humanoid. Not much is known about them. It has been written that dolphins are the offspring of an African woman and a merman, possibly a Nommo. The Nommo are fish like and they have enlightened humanity. They come from Sirius B. The Nommo may have looked something like mermaids and mermen. Some of these amphibious aliens are positive, while others are negative.
