History
It started in in 1960's and they committed various crimes. There motto is thou shall not snitch to the cops. They assassinated people that was going to rat them out to the police. Their HQ was Biloxi, Mississippi. They worked with the State Line Mob.
Activities
Stealing: They were thieves in the beginning. They stole stuff from people houses.
Killing: They were contract killers. They usually killed people that talked to police.
Drug Dealing: They have sold alcohol, weed, meth, and tobacco.

Rumor has it William Jefferson Clinton was connected them. I read they donated $ to his gubernatorial campaign. The CIA flew in a bunch of dope into Mena, Arkansas when he was governor. The Dixie Mafia may have been involved. Roger said Bill have a nose like a vacuum.
Modern Times
