Physical Examination: The way person looks can give insight on his/her disease.

Urine Analysis: It can give information on how much of certain nutrients someone has.

Stool Analysis: Same as b4, but can also tell them about diet.
Prevention
"Factors such as air, food and drinks; physical health and repose; mental health and repose; sleep and wakefulness; and evacuation and retention need to be kept in proper balance to prevent illness."
"Different lifestyles schedules, dietary modifications, regimens, and even drugs have been recommended to accomplish the objective of health promotion and disease prevention.  Prevention of full-blown disease by recognizing it through early disease precursors and starting care at this stage is also one of the approaches for disease prevention described in classical Unani texts."   Examining the humors may lead to disease prevention.

Izalae Sabab  (elimination of cause)
By getting rid of the cause of disease you get rid of all the symptoms.  If you only treat the symptoms the disease will neva go away.

Tadeele Akhlat (normalization of humor)
Sum diseases come from imbalanced  humors, so once you balance them the disease will go away.

Tadeele Aza (normalization of tissues and organs)
Some diseases come from nutrient deficiencies.  So once you fix that the disease will go away.

History
Persian doctors learned about medicine from studying Hippocrates and Galen.  Avicenna is the father of Unani.  He wrote the Book of Healing and The Canon of Medicine.  The first book was very philosophical and the second book was studied in European universities for centuries.  Abu Bakr al-Razi had a big impact on Unani.  He was the first person to do psychotherapy and he discovered psychology.  He wrote a book describing small pox and the measles.  He also contributed to pharmacy by creating "mortars, flasks, spatulas, and phials" and came up with medical ethics.  The Comprehensive Book on Medicine was created by him.  It is 23 volumes!!!!!!  He wrote many other books as well.
Unani was brought 2 India about 900 years ago when the Delhi Sultanate started.  Alauddin Khalji was the king that made Unani popular in India. After that, scholars wrote books about it.  Then Unani got influenced by Ayurveda during the Mughal Empire.
Criticisms
It lacks standardization, integration, and it lacks scientific research.  Some of the medicine has heavy metals in them. Heavy metals can cause a disease.  I think doctors are trying to standardize it now.  Many people see it as a pseudoscience.
Present Day
This form of medicine is popular in India and Central Asia.  There are many colleges that teach Unani.  The herbs are very effective.  Some of them protect the brain, anti-inflammatory, apoptogenic, lowers cholesterol, helps certain body systems, etc.  Many diseases were cured by Unani.
Conclusion
Unani is Islamic medicine and it has been around 4 ova a millennium!  There are 7 principles and 4 diagnoses.   It tries to prevent diseases via diet and other means.  It has effective therapies and treatments.  Some of the drugs have heavy metal in them, so be careful.  It has sum criticisms, but it is very effective @ curing chronic diseases.

Ayurveda

Introduction
It has been around 4 millennia!!!!!!  Prana and doshas are a big deal in this form of medicine.  It has 8 branches and diagnoses.  There are also 8 pillars of health.   Ayurveda can help you with sum of them, if not all.  Its was influenced by 2 Hindu philosophies.  Heavy metals have been found in sum of the medicines.  How's it doing now?
Definition
Ayurveda means science of life.  You can think of it as Hindu medicine.  Its popular in India and surrounding regions.  It maybe ova 5,000 years old!!!!!  It has many ways of preventing and curing diseases.  Herbalism is popular in this form of medicine.
History
Legend has it that it came from a text written ova 3500 years ago.  It may even date back to the Indus Valley Civilization.  There are 3 foundational texts of Ayurveda that survives to this day.  They are centuries or millennia years old.  This form of medicine became very popular in India during the middle ages.  Sum of the texts was translated into Chinese and later Arabic!!  After it was translated into Arabic it went to Europe a millennium ago!  English surgeons learned rhinoplasty from observing Indian surgeons perform it.  In the 20th century Indians debated if they should keep Ayurveda traditional or modernize it.
Prana
All physical bodies contain the life-force.   If it becomes imbalanced we may develop a disease. The Hindus call it prana.  This energy is known around the world by different names.  The Chinese call it chi. the Japanese call ki, the Yoruba call it ashe, Hawaiians call it mana, Hebrews called it nefesh, etc.  This is the force of Star Wars.
There are 5 different types of pranas.  They are as follows: Prana, Apana, Udana, Vyana, and Samana.  They are all used by different parts of body. There are also 5 Upa-Pranas.  They play a supportive role in certain activities.
Doshas
These are a combination of elements.  There are 3 of them.  They are called as vata, pitta and kapha.  Vata is space & air, pitta is fire and water, and kapha is water and earth.  Everyone have all these doshas, but one or more of them are dominate.  These configurations have pros and cons.
8 Branches
Salyatantra: It's surgery and removing objects from inside the body.

Rasayantantra: Tonics for improving intellect or strength and/or increasing the life span.

Kayachikitsa: This is internal medicine.

Vājīkaraṇatantra: This is sexual medicine.  It is similar to Viagra, Horny Goat Weed, etc.

Kaumāra-bhṛtya: This pediatrics and baby care.

Śhālākyatantra: This deals with ears, eyes, mouth and any other hole of the head.

Bhūtavidyā: It is psychiatry and depossession.

Vishagara-vairodh Tantra:  This is dealing with toxins and their antidotes.
8 Diagnoses
Eyes: 'They look @ the sclera, size of eyeball, shape, and dryness.'  It will tell  the doctor if the patient has metabolic diseases.

Tongue: 'The shape, coating and color' will tell the doctor if the patient have issues with there doshas.

Voice: The volume and quality can tell the doctor about disease progression.

Pulse: It tells them which dosha is primary 2 the patient.  It is the main form of diagnosis in Ayurveda.

Skin: It tells the doctor if the patient has chronic illness.

Body: A person's appearance tells the doctor about their 'stamina, strength and prana.'  Also tells them about certain diseases.

Urine: The color and frequency is checked.

Stool: It can reveal problems with the doshas.
8 Pillars
They are as fellows: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, occupational, financial, and environmental.

Physical: To be healthy we need the proper nutrition, exercise and sleep.

Emotional: We should mediate, so we can feel better.  We should also find ways to increase our EQ, which will cause us to happier.

Intellectual: Find ways to stimulate your brain.  You can learn new language, read books, take a class on any subject, become more creative, debate, etc.

Spiritual: Mediation is good 4 this as well.  Prayer can help with this; doing religious and/or magical rituals, chanting, etc.  Look 4 ways to connect to the deity or deities you believe in.

Social: We should become friends with people that are kind us and care about us.  Our greatest amount of happiness comes from the positive relationships with each other.

Occupational: Our jobs should be something that gives us joy.  Monetize your happiness, so you get paid doing what you love.

Financial: Make a budget so you will have enough to bills every mouth.  Save sum of your money, invest sum of it and spend sum of it.

Environmental: Make sure you keep your living space clean.  Our lives depend on the environment, so fix it.  If it gets to bad we'll cease to exist!!!!!!

Philosophies
Samkhya and Vaisheshika are the names of the schools of thought, which has a big impact on Ayurveda.  Yoga is a great complement to this form of medicine.  Yoga is based on Samkhya as well.  Ayurveda will help you heal the body and brain.  Yoga will help you heal the the mind and spirit.
Samkhya is oldest Hindu philosophy.  There are 5 elements that make up the universe.  They are as follows: space, air, fire, water, earth.  They correspond to the 5 senses.  Spirit and matter is called purusha and prakriti.  This philosophy helps us free ourselves from pain.
Vaisheshika is another Hindu philosophy.  It knew about atoms and has 4 types of them.  It has its own epistemology.  You can only know by perception and inference.  There are 9 elements: time, space, soul, mind, and the 5 from above.
Heavy Metals
Some Ayurvedic medicine contain lead, arsenic, iron, mercury, and/or zinc.  Lead, mercury and arsenic are toxic 4 the human body.  Our body need iron and zinc, but only a certain amount.  If we exceed that amount, our bodies will experience discomfort.  These heavy metals can cause us high blood pressure, kidney damage, it could injure our nervous system and/or our digestive system.
Today
Ayurveda is the most popular type of  medicine in India.  It's being implemented in Western hospitals, because it so effective.  In the United States Ayurvedic medicine is regulated as supplements.  Which makes it easier to buy. National Ayurvedic Medical Association was created in the U.S.   There are 3 levels in this organization.  Health counselor, practitioner, and doctor.  The counselor helps with prevention of disease and promotion of health via diet and lifestyle.  Practitioners have "clinical training" and know about disease pathology.  A doctor 'gets more specialized training' in Ayurvedic Medicine and they learn about allopathic medicine.
Conclusion
Ayurveda is a very ancient form of Indian medicine.  It is ova 3500 years old!!!!  It focus a lot on prana and doshas.  It has 8 branches and diagnoses.  It can help you in sum if not all areas of life.  It is based on 2 Hindu philosophies.  Sum Ayurvedic medicine have heavy metals in it, so be careful.  It's popular in @ least 2 continents.

Mandela Effect

Introduction
What is it?  What caused it and what is a glitch in the matrix?  Where the name comes from?  Are there any examples of this?  What does the mainstream say about?
Definition
Simply put, its the editing of the past.  Certain events in the past are slightly or vastly different than people remember.  There are many examples of this, which you learn about later in this article.  The term Mandela Effect was created by an author.  She remembered Nelson Mandela dying in prison in the 1980's.  But sum people remember him dying in 2013.
Possible Causes
There are several plausible causes of the Mandela Effect.  They are as follows: CERN, quantum computers, Montauk Project, Aliens, and/or interdimensional AI.  Some people believe CERN has the ability 2 create portals to other dimensions.  It may have jacked up our time timeline.  Quantum computers have ability to link up with computers in parallel universes.  It may have had an error, which caused the edits in the past.  Montauk Project were experiments in time travel and mind control.  It may caused changes in our past.  I thought aliens caused the Mandela Effects.  They have very advanced time travel technology.  I recently heard about interdimensional AI.  If it is real, it's probably the causes of changes of our objective reality.  Sum of it may also be a psyop.
Glitches in the Matrix
These are things that defy logic!!!!  A lot of them are repeats.  People that look alike and wear similar clothes is the most common glitch.  Some people believe we live in a simulation.  Click here if you want to learn more about it.  Donald Hoffman is big on it.  Click here if you want 2 hear what he has to say about it.
Examples
Human: Our bones have gotten stronger, our hips changed, kidneys under ribcage, heart is in the center of our chest, etc.
Animals: I think the Shoebill is a Mandela Effect.  So is the money with blue balls, Peacock Spider, pink dolphins, Glass Frog, etc.
Pop Culture: There was a show called Sex in the City.  Now its Sex and the City.   Home Depot is now known as The Home Depot.  C3PO has a silver leg in Star Wars.  Darth Vader now says no I am your father.  It used to be Luke, I am your father.  There are many other examples.
History: The Black Tom explosion, Japanese balloon bombs, etc.
Abrahamic Religion: Sum of the verses changed in Bible and Koran.
Art: Mona Lisa is smiling, I remember her having a straight face.  There are many other examples.
Mainstream Explanation
They believe the Mandela Effect is false memories.  That's the eazy answer; by believing this they can ignore the evidence.  The University of Chicago proved that the Mandela Effect is real.  Many people have the same memories, which makes it more credible.
Conclusion
This is as real as a heart attack.  It is not false memory, @ least not all of it.  There maybe many causes of it, as well as many examples.  Our reality is full of glitches, because we in a simulation, sort of.  We live in a amazing prism!!!!

Sovereignty

Introduction
This is a very important concept!!!!  Do you know anything about the strawman, licenses, allodial title, authenticating your birth certificate, 14th Amendment, 5 Star Passport, Revocation of Election, and Black Law Dictionary?  What you know about trust law, common law and admiralty law?  What is the U.S. corporation?  How to get free of this nightmare?  We're in an artificial matrix of words, laws and documents.
Definition
Sovereignty is being under your own authority.  It's freedom from external control.  People were sovereigns in the U.S., until the 1800's.  Sum countries are sovereign, while others aren't.  Citizens are slaves to the corporation, which is the federal government.

Strawman
This is a legal fiction.  It created when the birth certificate and social security is made.  It has the same name as you and it is in all capital letters.  Ova 80,000 statuary laws apply to it.  When you become sovereign you become free of a strawman.  Then you can use it 4 your benefit.
Licenses
These are permission slips.  They only apply to citizens.  Once you become sovereign, they no longer apply.  No need for a driver or gun license.  I guess you can massage without it 2.  Licenses put limits on a citizen freedoms.

Allodial Title
This title gives you complete ownership of property.  Without this, you own nothing.  If you have a house under this title, no one can legally take it from you.  If you paying mortgage the bank owns your property.  Anything you have under this is yours forever!!!!!!  You can pass the property to your children.
Authenticating Birth Certificate
Doing this will help you become sovereign.  This may help you get ahold of your strawman account.  It also helps with overseas marriages and getting international assets.
14th Amendment
This amendment took away sovereignty.  Once someone becomes a citizen they are no longer sovereign.  You can't be both.  You are free or a slave.  It was created 4 members of my tribe.  It was just another way to enslave them.  It was applied to all people of the U.S.A.
5 Star Passport
This is the best passport you can get.  You can have anywhere from 1-5 stars on on a passports.  The more stars, the better.  You get special treatment if you have 5 years.  Hotels will give you benefits and you'll get discounts.
Revocation of Election
Once you send this in, you won't have to pay federal taxes.  Income tax is voluntary, but it's enforced like it ain't.  You won't have 2 worry about that once you send in this document.  This is part of getting your sovereignty.
Black Law Dictionary
It explains what words mean legally.  Lawyers speak a language called legalese.  You can learn by reading this dictionary.  The meaning of words in court maybe very different compared to meanings outside of it.
Trust Law
It corresponds to air and it deals with trustees and beneficiaries.  The trust is an asset controlled by the trustees 4 the beneficiaries.  The owner of the trust is the grantor.  The trustees manage the trust until it's time to hand ova to the beneficiary.  This form of law was created the Romans.  Muslims and the English had trust law as well.  It's the basis of common law.
Common Law
It corresponds to land and it follows precedents.  The judges look @ decisions other judges made on similar cases b4 they make their decisions.  This form of law was created in England after Norman Conquest.  This form of law is present in the U.S.A.  Criminal law is a form of common law.
Admiralty Law
It corresponds to water and it's a big deal.  These laws were created by the Romans originally.  These laws are international; they apply to every country.  This laws have lot to do with the strawman.  These laws apply to bodies water that is used for commercial purposes.
The U.S. Corporation
That corporation is located in Washington, D.C.  Citizens are employees of this corporation, albeit unknowingly.  Which makes them slaves!!!!!!  It is the federal government.  There are state corporations that subsidiaries of the U.S. corporation.  Such as STATE OF TEXAS.  The strawman is the employee of these corporations.
Solution
You get sovereignty by filling out a bunch of forms and send it into the proper authorities.  It is a great idea to revoke your election, authenticate your birth certificate, allodial title, and get a 5 star passport.  But it's not required, they are great ideas.  Once you get sovereignty, statues neva apply 2 you.  You become free of your strawman and can use it for your benefit.
Conclusion
Being sovereign gives you a lot more freedom.  Licenses are 4 citizens, not sovereigns.  If you really want 2 own something get allodial title.  You'll get several benefits from authenticating your birth certificate.  14th amendment took away people sovereignty in the U.S.A.  You'll get perks when you travel with a 5 star passport.  Get out of income taxes with revocation of election.  Learn Black Law Dictionary, so you won't need a lawyer in court.  There's 3 main types of law.  The federal government is a corporation.  Spread the word and get free.
