Introduction
Astroworld Festival was an annual Travis Scoot concert in Huston, Texas. Travis concerts of the past were buck wild. There were different types of people in crowd. There was a lot of pandemonium @ that concert last year. There were many eye witness accounts. People tried to stop it. 10 or more people died. There were occulted elements @ this concert. There are many lawsuits against Travis Scott. He apologized, sorta kinda. What caused all this?
Travis Scott
Jacques Berman Webster II was born in 1991 in Houston, Texas. He created 3 albums and is working on a 4th. His father and grandfather were/are musicians. He dropped out of college to pursue his music career. The Classmates was a music duo he was in with his friend. The duo lasted 4 three years. Then he dropped a mix tape and went on tour 2015. After that his popularity grew. In 2017 he created his own record label called Cactus Jack Records. 2 years later he collaborated with Nike and made Cactus Jack Air Jordan 1. The following year he collaborated with McDonald's and PlayStation. He had a cameo in a movie and his foundation gave toys to kids in Houston. His girlfriend is Kylie Jenner, they have a daughter and son together.
Crowd
Raggers: Die-hard Travis Scott fans that get buck wild. They are the most hype and they like to fight each other.
Old Folks: These are the most relaxed people @ the concert. They tend to members of Generation X.
Normies: They like going to his concerts. They don't get as buck wild as the raggers. They are more chill.
Newbies: First timers, they may find his concerts shocking. Most newbies @ Astroworld, probably won't be going to any other concert of his.
Astroworld Festival
The festival is named after his 3rd album. It started in 2018, there were many performances. It had 2 stages: Thrills and Chills. The next year it had even more performances. It was cancelled in 2020 because of the pandemic. Drake, Master P, SZA, Chief Keef, Earth, Wind, and Fire, 21 Savage, and Young Thug were some of artists who performed there last year.
Past Concerts
There were fights @ his concerts in the past. People battle each other in mosh pits. One guy fell off a balcony @ one of his concert. He's paralyzed now; he tried to sue him, but he was unsuccessful. He told his fans to attack someone @ one of his concerts. @ a concert in Chicago Travis told fans to hop ova the barricades. The security kept the crowd @ bay and no one was harmed. He fled the scene and got arrested later. He was charged with a misdemeanor. That same scenario happened again @ a another concert in Arkansas. People got hurt and he paid $6,800 to two victims. In the 2nd Astroworld Festival their was a stampede near the entrance. 3 people went hospital because of it.
Pandemonium
People rushed in the entrance gate. It was so many the security was paralyzed. Some people got stepped on. Once he came on stage the crowd was swaying back and forth. People was having a hard time breathing @ this point. Some people screamed his name, while others screamed help. A ambivalence was in the crowd to rescue someone. Some of members of the audience danced on top of it.
There were people injecting members of the audience with drugs. A security guard got injected there. The chief of police talked about it on TV. He said medical staff seen the injection mark on the his neck. Then he recanted his statement a week later. He did out of fear or was paid off.
Eyewitness Accounts
An eyewitness said eerie music was played b4 he came out. Some eyewitnesses saw people around them turn blue; the medical staff would move on to next person that fainted. One of the eyewitnesses said hundreds of people died @ the concert. I heard some people weren't allowed to leave. A eyewitness said that someone told them they saw babies defecating in cages.
Shut it Down
Two fans told a cameraman to stop filming, he continued. Other fans were screaming help, Travis didn't pay them any attention. He may not have heard them. Other fans were screaming too. They may have been shouting his name. Travis said help the guy that fainted in front of him. Someone helped him, then Travis kept singing.
Death
@ least 10 people died because of the concert. 9 died @ the concert and a nine year old died in the hospital. The 9 year old was on his father shoulders. The crowd went wild and knocked him ova. He was stepped on by many people. A Indian woman died, so her mother cried on TV. It looked fake because I didn't see any tears. Most of he deaths came from compression asphyxia. There were too many people in such a small space.
Occult
The astral (spiritual) world is where the afterlife takes place. People went 2 the astroworld and ended up in the astral world, what irony. The stage was a inverted cross which is satanic. There was something on the the stage that look like a stargate. In the middle of the contraption was the phrase I see you on the other side. Which is seeing someone in the astral world after they die. On his shirt there was blue people going through a mirror and coming out as red devils. It may mean people dying and going to hell. There was a lot of blue faces @ the concert, because people had a hard time breathing. Dead bodies were called smurfs by the medical staff. There were flames on stage, that goes along with the hell theme. On the flyer there was a tunnel. It reminds of the tunnel people see after they die. To enter the concert you had to go through something shaped like Travis head. It is based on a picture of people walking through the mouth of a demon head.
Lawsuits
400 people flied lawsuits against Travis and Live Nation, because of the injuries and deaths last year @ the Astroworld Festival. Those lawsuits have been combined into one lawsuit. If he loses the case he will have to pay ova a billion dollars to victims. He would be in debt 4ever. Maybe he should be.
Sorry?
His apology wasn't even a apology. He didn't even shed a tear and he's full of shit!!!!!!!! Watch this vid. It shows he's not sorry. He was trying to look sad, but he's a terrible actor.
Cause
Crowd: Most of the people @ the concert were teens and in their early 20's. Their brain aren't fully developed. They should have left the concert when they had trouble breathing. But they were star struck, so they stayed. If @ least 40% of them would have left it wouldn't have been such a disaster. The crowd is somewhat responsible 4 what happen. This reminds me of the agency vs structure debate.
Travis Scoot: He wanted the crowd to get buck wild @ his concert. He encourages it, which means he is very responsible 4 what happened. He neva tried to calm down the crowd. He denied any responsibility for what happened @ the Astrofest.
Live Nation(LN): LN had issues @ their concerts b4. They paid out $50 million after 7 people died from a stage collapsing @ a previous concert. They are to laxed on safety measures. They should've anticipated more people @ the Astroworld Festival and tried to make more space available.
ScoreMore: They have a long history of being disorganized, unprofessional, and they like to cut costs. @ one of their concerts they was suppose have 8 foot fences, but they had 6 foot fences instead. They did that because it was cheaper. They make plans @ at the last minute. @ one their events there was a limited amount of water. It took them 2 hours to resupply it.
Security: The security guards were not trained properly. They wasn't taught anything about crowd control. They gave the new employees answers on the test. Contemporary Services Corporation was contracted 4 Astroworld Festival. They should be sued too.
NRG Park: They could have made more space available. So they have some responsibility to what happened. They should put up barriers in the crowd, but that could be LN fault.
Conclusion
Travis Scott is a weird rapper from Huston,TX. He reminds me of heavy metal because of the way his concerts. The family he's apart of is musical because his father and grandfather were in the music industry. He did some shady things in the past and careless about his fans that were harmed @ his concerts.
There were different groups of people in the crowd. Old folks were the most chilled. Newbies were excited and horrified. Raggers went insane and normies didn't know it would get out of hand.
Astrofest stared in 2018. There have only been 2 festivals after that. It was cancelled in 2020 because of the pandemic. Now it's cancelled 4ever, or so it seems. There were many great artists that performed @ the festivals.
His past concerts were chaotic. A guy fell of a balcony and broke his back @ one of them. He had fans fighting each other @ another one. @ other concerts he told the crowds to go through security past the barricades. He got in trouble with the law because of that. @ least 3 people were harmed @ his 2nd Astrofest.
@ the last Astrofest there was a stampede in the beginning and later on. People had a hard time breathing because it was so many people in a confined space. It got so buck wild a ambulance had to rescue someone in the crowd. Members of the audience and a security guard were injected with drugs.
There is so many eyewitness accounts. They talked how horrible the it was. One of eyewitness said it was like hell. Not surprising since there was so much devilish stuff. A eyewitness said 100's people died @ the show.
Some fans tried to shut it down. They told the cameraman to stop filming show. Travis didn't hear or care about people screaming help. He got help 4 a guy that fainted in front of him. After that he kept singing.
@ least 10 people died there and many more were injured. The families of deceased people were devastated. One of the people that died was 9 years old. A Indian women died and her mom cried on TV. But there were no tears.
There were many occulted (hidden) themes @ the concert. They dealt with the astral (spiritual) world, devil, and hell. They could be seen on stage, the flyer and even Travis shirt. The entrance was based on a demonic picture.
There were many lawsuits because of injuries and deaths @ the Astrofest. They were consolidated into one big lawsuit. It worth ova $ 1 billion. If the lawsuit goes through Travis is through.
His apology wasn't even a apology. He has no remorse for what happened. You'll see it on the video. He didn't even shed a tear.
This disaster had multiple causes. Travis could have stop the show and didn't. The security was ill prepared and to small in #. LN dropped the ball on safety measures. ScoreMore is an awful promoter. They shouldn't even exist. NRG Park is liable, they should have made the concert more spatial. The crowd holds some responsibility as well. It's eazy to point the finger, but they could have behaved betta. They should have left when their danger sense went off. Instead they chose to stay in the madness.
